The client is running Nutanix AHV and has Lenovo Windows 2019 Datacenter ROK licenses for every host for the virtual machines.

Questions : How do we activate the Windows 2019 Standard OS running in these virtual machines using the Datacenter activation keys?

    Hello @Andrew Ang

Following the current physical core licensing for Windows Server 2019, you can fully activate all your virtual machines with AVMA: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/automatic-vm-activation

Hope this helps with your query,

The client is running Nutanix AHV and not Hyper-V. Will this solution still works?

    client is running Nutanix AHV

AVMA only works when the host is DataCenter Hyper-v, in your case 2019 Standard guests are not going to work. Without a 2019 DataCenter host the server is limited to 2019 DataCenter guests only. Just use the DataCenter product key to activate the 2019 DataCenter guests.
