License for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) server

Question

We need to renew the datacenter license for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), but I am not sure if these licenses are really needed, because we have now Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 (EMS 3) licenses.
I want to know if we can use the SCCM Server with these EMS 3 licenses or still need to buy the datacenter license.

EMS E3
EMS E5
Microsoft 365 E3

You should contact your companies license team and they will contact your MS licensing person. They will be the best people to talk to about this.
