Sharepoint 2016 Online survey Finish button location

I am creating a survey with Sharepoint Online 2016 ... is there a way to move the Finish button location from the right side of the survey window to the left side so is more visible to users with smaller resolutions? Our organization does not give us access to the Sharepoint Designer option .. so my only option is to embed a Content Editor webpart and insert custom code into the page ... is there some way to do this using custom code? Or maybe an easier way without having access to Sharepoiut Designer? Thanks.
