Resize Image in URL

We have a blob service and CDN, our old CDN had a image resize with URL, but we created a new CDN and image resize doesn't work.
For example: https://mycustomdomain/media/imagetest.png?w=100&h=100
w is width, and h is height.

Apologies for the delay in response.
Azure CDN Image Processing is only available in Azure China cloud.
The CDN profile region shows Global by default for Azure global cloud. Could you validate if the subscription that you are using is from Azure China cloud?Regards,

I think this information is incorrect. We (I´m part of Deividy´s team) are using the Azure Services since 2016 In Brazil South and there is working the Image Resize.This new Blob seems it´s not working.
Both Blob and CDN services are based in Brazil South and the Subscription is from US. When we opened the account hasn´t the Brazil South yet.
Please, take a look again about this information. I really need to make this new blob and CDN working as the production one.

Image re-size is not available in Azure Global CDN. You can see the feature list in the below doc:

The screenshot that you have shared just shows the overview of your Storage account. Could you please share a screenshot of the image re-size functionality?
Also, may I know which Azure CDN product you are using - Azure CDN Standard from Microsoft/Akamai/Verizon?Regards,

The production one is: CDN - Standard Verizon - Partner - Verizon
the new one was open in Microsoft CDN standard, but I can erase and change to Verizon, if it´s the case.
Please, take a look how I can use this resize image in the new Blob! All my infrastructure is using the image resize and will be need 4 months to change all the code to reflect the lack of this.See the original and resized:

AFAIK, the image re-size feature can be integrated with Azure Blob Storage using Event Grid and then you can enable Content Delivery Network (CDN) to cache content from your Azure storage account as described in the below docs:

Direct image re-size feature was never available in Azure Global CDN (only available in Azure China). You can refer the below post for a similar issue:

We looked everything into our code and into the CDN/Blob services and we didn´t find any mention of EventGrid there. Also, I saw the subscriptions and there is no EventGrid informations on my billing.
1- Is that possible to replicate the Production Blob + CDN that I´m using today with this funcionality working?
2- Is this media service going to be released in the next 3 months?Thank you!

Below is the response that I received from the Azure CDN Product group team:
Image resizing is not a GA feature from Azure CDN. It’s possible that you have some custom configuration to enable image resizing with Verizon. Please send over your production domain and subscription and we can ask the Verizon team to verify.
