Users cannot print to network printers

Sometime last week our users started reporting that they cannot print to network printers. I have not made any changes so I have noo where to start. Any suggestions?

    Hello @Rodney Ort ,

    This is due to recent updates to protect from the PrintNightmare exploit. Only users with admin rights could see the printer because they would have access to the drivers. A workaround is to manually install the printer drivers locally, which will allow any computer user to map the device. Otherwise, Microsoft has published an article about printer and printer driver management post patching:
