authenticator app

Hello I am emailing about the authenticator app. I got a new phone and nothing transferred over to the new phone and the sites where I was using the app said they can not remove the 2 way factor from my accounts. I was wondering if there is anyway to recover my authenticator information because I also do not have the recovery codes as well. I thought it was backed up on my account but when I click on icloud back up it shows no account. Is there anyway I can ever get teh codes back for the accounts i had on the authenticator?

Without a backup to restore from you'll need to use the service provider's methods of account recovery.
