Is any way or tested powershell script to move user profile to other drive

Hi
I have a user who has 2 drives c and d. C is getting full and most of the data is residing in Appdata inside user profile folder. I have already changed Document, download and desktop pointing to d drive.
do we have any tested tool or script to move user profile to other drive safely?
