Extract last row excel and use extracted data as email content - Automate

Hello all.

Apologies in advance if this question has been asked many times. I am not a help vampire but I'm self-learning and stuck being unable to progress.

I've been stuck with this problem for two days now. I had a problem where I wanted to extract the last row of excel data and then send an email using the last updated/modified row of the said data. I've tried all the suggestions that I could find but am still unable to get the answer that I need. Below is my flow.

For my clarity - My excel sheet has 7 rows and my understanding is that the loop was applied to all of the rows hence instead of single email sent, I got 7 of it.

I understand the for each loop but the last output should be last(body('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['value']) and including the toolnum in email content prompted apply to each function.

How can I avoid this apply to each or how can I improve my method?

In fact we are currently providing help on SharePoint in the Q&A forum, and Power Automate is a product independent of SharePoint which we are not so familiar with. Regarding the difference between these two methods which is more related to Flow, we would recommend that you go to the forum dedicated to flow for more professional help:
