Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals

Question

Hello,
maybe someone can help me.
in german i have to do only these modules for Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
https://query.prod.cms.rt.microsoft.com/cms/api/am/binary/RE35svT

but in the english version there are more modules i think
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/microsoft-365-fundamentals

i dont know which one i should do?
maybe some germans can tell me the differents ?!
