Azure recovery vault soft delete

Question

I have deleted all the databases from recovery vault and it still there in soft delete. How many hours it takes to delete completely. If it's take 14 days. What about the charges for recovery vault and resource under which recovery vault has created? Please let me know.

With soft delete, even if a malicious actor deletes a backup (or backup data is accidentally deleted), the backup data is retained for 14 additional days,

The additional 14 days of retention for backup data in the "soft delete" state don't incur any cost to you.

To speed the deletion of the Service Recovery Vault up / If you don't want to wait 14 days:

1. Undelete the deleted backups
2. Disable "Soft Delete"
3. Delete backups again
