I have tried to change my account on my Mac computer but have had hard time to do it. Could you please help me to change my account.

I am having the same issue. I have signed out of one account, and loaded Office 365 Family again and yet my Office Suite, Excel, PPT and Word are still reflecting the account I have signed out of...super frustrated.
What do you want to do? Change from standard to admin user? That has to be done by an admin.
This is Users and group. Here I could give mye son admin rights.
Do you want to change the name of your macOS user account and home folder. If so, that's quite easy. Right-click on the user and chose advanced settings

Do you want to change the account for Office on Mac? If so, you may refer to "How to remove Office license files on a Mac", download the license removal tool to deactivate the original account then sign in your new account which has the license of Office to activate it.
If you want to switch the account of mac OS, this issue is not supported on Q&A forum. Thanks for your understanding.

I 've been experiencing the same issue when I try to change my account on Microsoft to Do app specifically. I logged on to app with a different account before accidentally. Now I 'v been using a different account on my mobile phone and other computers. So to reach my regular task on my home Macbook, it is not allowed me to change the account. I removed the app and I used the Microsoft licence removal tool which is mentioned above but nothing worked. So if anyone can help with this, pls leave an answer here. Thanks.
