From cmd.exe
slmgr /xpr
then look for machine is permanently activated

Activated does not always mean Genuine. Activation and genuine are two separate processes
open an Elevated CMD prompt
Run Licensingdiag.exe
this will generate a cab
Open the cab file Using explorer ( click on it in explorer, it should open.
Extract the SPPDiagReport.xml
Look for this line: <LocalGenuineState>SL_GEN_STATE_IS_GENUINE</LocalGenuineState>
That will tell you if the machine is Genuine,

Hi I did as you said again after activating my windows and I got it as you mentioned above. But i read somewhere that to test if it's genuine we have to use see if the windows is activated through a digital license but my one says that it's activated through organisation

A digital license is not required to be genuine. KMS activation will send a separate Genuine request to the Microsoft Store for validation
