i want to create e ubuntu vps with 2tb attached disk with azure student subscription. how much it will cost for attached HDD?

Depending on the Azure region and the disk type the price may vary (for instance Azure region East-US):

2 TB Standard HDD - 77,82 US$ + storage transaction costs
2 TB Standard SSD (LRS) - 153,60 US$ + storage transaction costs
2 TB Premium SSD - 259,05 US$ (storage transaction cost included)
