Wrong email in the registration of the placed exam

Hello,
I have exactly this problem as I can be solving, it was supposed to be another email and I ended up fumbling with changing it?
I scheduled the exam but in the registration I put the wrong email, saved the text after and I was waiting for confirmation and so far nothing

that's where the error occurred, were we able to solve this problem? payment has already been made and the date selected
