I was installing dot net developer framework and this happened

I don't know why is this error occurring while installing dot net framework on windows 7 32 bit

this is the error code, please suggest me what can i do for it
or which version should i install of dot net to run on windows 7 32 bit

here is the last log from the log file

    Download the certificate from the below link.

    go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=747875&clcid=0x409

    Install the certificate to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities Ceritificate Store. .

    Once you are done, try re-installing the .Net framework.
