Happens many times. While browsing web pages suddenly all stops and a note comes up " microsoft not responding" How to rectify this. Very frustrating. Please explain in easy point form as I am 85 yers old and not computer savvy. Thank you very much for your help.

- What version of Edge are you using? (Navigate to:
edge://version, you will see it on the first line) - Will the same problem appear in other browsers (such as Chrome)?
- When you browse the website, do you open many other applications at the same time? (Press
Ctrl+Alt+Deleteand selectTask Managerto view the CPU status. What is its usage status?)
