New registries it is throwing error

Hello Team,

I am facing issue in log in to repo and the name repo paresh13 is created, I have checked by GUI, Please find the below logs.

root@ip-172-31-34-36:~# az acr login --name paresh13
Could not connect to the registry login server 'paresh13.azurecr.io'. Please verify that the registry exists and the URL 'https://paresh13.azurecr.io/v2/' is reachable from your environment.
Try running 'az acr check-health -n paresh13 --yes' to diagnose this issue.
