- One user can be assigned multiple licenses include OneDrive to different accounts.
- A user account, it is recommended to be assigned one license that includes the service of OneDrive.
If needed, you could refer to this article "Set the default storage space for OneDrive users". Depending on your plan and the number of licensed users, you can increase this storage up to 5 TB.
Or you could check whether SharePoint is helpful which could let you create some sites, but OneDrive for business is the personal sites for users. - The storage space of a OneDrive account cannot be divided into multiple drive letters.
