We couldn't create the group.

A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'Description'.

I am trying to create a distribution list in admin.microsoft.com

I am a global admin so I do have the proper permissions, not sure what is wrong and why it won't let me create the distribution list.

    Yes, like Andy suggested above, please check if you could use the methods introduced here to perform the operation:

    Create and manage distribution list groups in Exchange Online

    And make sure you have the below permission to create group and manage group members:

    No issues here. I was able to create a 365 group and a DL from the admin center.

    Does it work using the old EAC or Powershell?
