Hi Team,

I have created an Azure account recently and I am trying to create VM ware. I have given credit card details to create the account and When I am trying to create VM ware it is asking again for card details.

Quick response is appreciated.

Thanks

    @RiskSek ,
    What type of account do you have now? Is it a free account or pay-as-you-go account? The Azure free account is available to all new Azure customers who haven't previously had an Azure free account and received a $200 credit. While you are creating your free account, Microsoft will take your phone number, and your credit card or debit card details for identity verification to validate that account holders are real people and not bots. It looks like you are trying to create a solution VMWare from the marketplace, and sometimes your free credit can’t be applied to Azure Marketplace offers (although some partners offer free trials and/or free tier plans for their solutions). So, you can only purchase products on Azure Marketplace once you’ve moved to pay-as-you-go pricing.

    Can you please confirm if you are able to use your free credits by creating any of the azure services (storage, VM, etc)?
