Hi everyone,

I am using Intune for the management of the mobile devices (MDM) that support KNOX.

In the case of A12 device (which also supports KNOX), I am not able to get the Samsung apps (Samsung Email, Gallery and Browser): Installation status remains "Waiting for install status", attached a screenshot of the status:

As far as I read on the Microsoft Blog, the A12 is supposed to work with Intune and Samsung apps.

Note: the installation is not being stopped or declined by any policy, the devices are compliant. The issue is happening only with the A12 devices.

Can you please support with this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards
Aicha
