- Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center with any of the following roles: Azure Active Directory Global Admin, Azure Active Directory Intune Service Admin, Helpdesk Operator, or Role Administrator.
- Select Devices, and then select All devices.
- From the list of devices you manage, select a device, and choose Reset passcode.

- Command Prompt: Open Command Prompt as administrator and type
net user. It will list all the user accounts, including the admin. - Settings: Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info. If it says "Administrator," this is the admin account.
For security reasons, Windows will not allow you to view the administrator password directly. If you have forgotten your administrator password, here are the common ways to reset it:
- Use a Password Reset Disk: If you previously created one, insert the disk and follow the prompts on the login screen.
- Use Microsoft Account: If your PC is linked to a Microsoft account, go to the Microsoft password reset page, reset your account password, and use it to log in.
- Use a special Windows password unlocker. Such as iSunshare Windows Password genius, or others.
- Command Prompt: Open Command Prompt as administrator and type
