Active setup problem

Hi,
I have a problema with Active setup on my organization pc. I use Windows active setup configuration to modify a registry key for customize Quick action icons area.
Pratically I want to delete a key with a .reg file that I have copied on pc in c:\program files... Al og this via GPO.
The file is copied and if I execute manually all work. But with active setup configurazion this key it does not deleted. But the keu in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components[PRODUCTCODE and HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components[PRODUCTCODE exist both.
