Switch Embedded Teaming on windows server 2022

I have add a Switch Embedded Teaming with 4 NIC.
Now, if i connect only 1 NIC, che Hyper-V virtual machine work on network, but if i connect 2 or more ethernet cable only 1 virtual machine work the other cannot access at network.
How can resolve problem ?
