Exchange 2016 CU 20 receives id 16028 after upgrading to CU22. This log is repeated every three minutes

The question is not answered at all.
The problem is not with the Event 16028 itself, be it information or error.
Rather with Event log being filled up with this event.
A forced configuration regulary every 5 minutes ???
