How do I change the profile name to government issued name?

Hi Microsoft Team,

I would like to request the change in my certification profile as it does not match with my government issued IDs.

I would like to change from Kiran S Patrut to Kiran Sidramappa Patrut.

I am eagerly waiting for this change to happen as sooner as possible, because I would like to attend exam in this coming weekend.

My email id is kiranspatrut@Stuff .com with MCID 992535698.

And the Support request number is SR2112290060000329.
