I have accidentally deleted my organization account from the authenticator app and the account is logged out from every devices. Now I can't login to that account by any means. Everytime after entering password there is showing to approve the sign in request in authenticator app. There is no other way when I try to the option can't use authenticator right now only showing "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app" or "Use a verification code from my mobile app". I don't have the authenticator in my mobile even when I am installing the authenticator app in my mobile there is also showing the same option "Approve the sign in request in Microsoft Authenticator app". My phone number is not registered with that account so I don't receive any code via msg or call. Even when I am trying to reach aka.ms/mfasetup link there is also showing to sign in to your account first and again for signing in there is showing to approve the sign in request in authenticator app which I don't have or when I am installing it there is also showing to approve the sign in request in authenticator app. Please help how to get rid of this loop? The loop is going on whatever I want to access.
