Intune LoB App Version updates

We have deployed atleast 10 update versions for a Line of Business iOS App through Intune. The latest version should be deployed automatically onto Complaint and Active devices. However,

  • I only see 50% Device with latest versions.
  • around 20% with (Latest-1) version.
  • around 10% with (Latest-2) Version.
  • and rest 10% with all other previous versions.

I see that all these devices are complaint and active, with latest last check in date/time! How should we ensure that all these Devices are upto date with latest version of the App!

    Also, please ensure that the user is listed as Enrolled by User in Intune Device Overview pane. If it shows NA, then deploy a config policy for the Intune Company Portal. For more information, see Configure the Company Portal app.

    In addition, for the Intune service to successfully deploy a new IPA file to the device, you must increment the CFBundleVersion string in the Info.plist file in your IPA package.

    If all the prerequisites have met, to find the root cause effectively, we may need to collect some logs or see the status from Intune backend. It is recommend to create an online support ticket. Here is the link:
