Certification not showing up in my dashboard.

Hi,

I recently passed AZ-500 but I did not receive a congratulations email or notification from you guys on my passing. When I go to my certification dashboard, I'm congratulated on passing the exam but I'm not seeing the AZ-500 badge or certification underneath my account. Can someone point me in the direction of retrieving the PDF file for this certification because it is necessary for my job.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
