Is the msi good for use? Did you try adding /q as command line switch at a bare minimum?

This is only when trying to push the Google Chrome enterprise MSI. All other MSI work fine, and it worked last week when I pushed it to 6 systems, but today, when I push it to one, it fails with the requested URL does not exist on the server (0x80190194), in Endpoint Management/Intune. It is installing googlechromestandaloneenterprise64.msi.
All the systems are exactly the same with an out of the box generic Dell Windows 10 20H2 image. They are Azure AD Hybrid Joined via Azure AD Connect.
The InTune policy is set up to require the push, and the credentials are hard set to device by InTune. Logged in with an account that has local admin rights.

From your description, it works well in other devices and it just fails in one. Is the affected device in the same network as others?

They are from the same batch from Dell, with the same Dell image updated to Windows 10 21H2, on the same network, logged in with the same authentication. All of them are Azure AD Hybrid Joined. The only difference is the first 6 I did last week, this one was this week.
I have noticed that the few posts I found about this issue, they all mention Google Chrome. Is there possibly something in the file that times out?

2022-01-04T02:53:23.433+00:00 @Jon Mercer Honestly, I'm not sure that if something wrong in the file. And I also find the few posts about this issue. However, there is not detailed information about the root cause.
This error also occurred in the following blog. He changed the assignment type to “available” and tried to install the application from company portal.

2022-01-03T17:41:27.233+00:00 Thanks, I added /q to the command line arguments, and will see if that helps any. It might be a bit, that was the last new system I had to setup, and needed it done Thursday, so had installed Chrome manually using the MSI file.
