Migration from on-premise Exchange 2016 to O365

Hi,
I have on-premise exchange 2016 server and I want to migrate it to office 365. After migration I want to decommission my on-premise exchange server.

    If you want to migrate your mailboxes from on-prem to o365 full cloud, you could use the cutover migration method.

    For the step-by-step guide, we could Use the Microsoft 365 and Office 365 mail migration advisor, make sure you using A Microsoft 365 or Office 365 account with Global administrator permissions for this tool.
