We have Organizational Forms in our EXO that was working fine for months, a couple of days ago I give me self owner rights on it so I can migrate some extra forms that was recently created on our on-prem Exchange 2013 env. to EXO , for some reason once I added the permission suddenly they all gone in EXO !
I've not done any other change it was just adding extra permission. also even though it became empty for everyone, I thought that I can re-migrate them all again from on-prem to EXO but for some reason I can't copy forms into it (as if the owner permission is some how not effective).
I logged a case with Exchange Online MS support and for some reason they believe they're not the right team to help out.
so, can you please guide me ?

Is your mailbox hosted on Exchange online or Exchange 2013?
And as the issue started right after adding the extra permission, have you tried temporarily reverting the permission and see if the forms can be seen again?
