Issue when installing visual studio community 2022 in my windows 8.1 system

Hello community

I have tried to install visual studio 2022 (community 2022) from https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/features/cplusplus/ by following the instructions there but it does not go through. My computer is using Windows 8.1 Enterprise. It seems I don't have the system requirements. So I have looked at the workarounds and system requirements which propose to install SQL server 2016 first. I have tried also but it does not go through too. So don't know if you can help and guide me?

Windows 8.1 is not listed in VS 2022 supported operating systems
