How to Audit Printer Share Changes

We are running Server 2016 and Print Management to share printers to our domain. I need to be able to audit when someone changes the share. I have tried enabling PrintService-Operational logging and it catch this event. I have also checked in Admin and a few other places but can't seem to find it.
Is this even possible?
