NavigationBar does not work in Visual Studio 2022

I have recently started using Visual Studio 2022.
However, I am having trouble getting the navigation bar in the code window to work properly.

Specifically, the navigation bar is no longer automatically selected.
(Before Visual studio2019, it was automatically selected.)

Since I use the navigation bar frequently, can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

    I have noticed this issue(for Visual Basic), and is your issue similar to this one?
