HoloLens 2 - 3 Flashing lights

Hi, my HoloLens 2 makes sound when I turn it on, however the display does not come up. After about 15 seconds, the power lights begin flashing (3 lights with a gap in between each light). I was wondering what this indicates in the hopes of fixing the device. Thanks.

Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

If the 1st, 3rd, and 5th lights flash together continually, your HoloLens may have a hardware failure. Please contact support: http://aka.ms/hololenssupport

For future reference, the hololens-development tag is for questions about programming HoloLens apps. HoloLens device support is not currently available on Q&A.

Okay that is what I was afraid of, thank you for the answer despite the wrong forum. It isn’t clear anywhere online where to ask this type of question.

I also have this problem. I you can try hard resetting it, but it's probably a hardware failure and you'll need to have it fixed. Hopefully you're under warrantee, if not you might be able to get Microsoft to make an exception and fix it for free anyways.
