Azure MSAL Angular config redirectUri working properly on incognito but not on normal browser

I am currently working on Azure MSAL angular config, but it seems that the redirectUri is not working well. It always refreshes, unlike on the incognito, it redirects correctly on my config. I'm stuck on fixing this "bug". Here is my sample config. Any suggestions on this? or work around?

If so, there is a known issue when you have multiple Google accounts logged in. Unfortunately this is a service issue and not something msal can fix. The recommendation is to call acquireTokenRedirect or acquireTokenPopup if the silent acquisition fails. There is a solution for this issue documented here.
I would also recommend confirming that the redirect URI settings and MSAL config match what is listed in the sample: https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-js/blob/dev/lib/msal-browser/docs/initialization.md
