Error with Microsoft Excel certification

Hi,

I just recently completed my Excel Certification successfully, and am trying to get a copy of my certificate. I had registered through UNSW (the certification was provided free as part of my course, and utilized my uni email for the registration process as directed. However, when I try to claim my certificate through the Microsoft Learn website, I receive this error message (screenshot below). it would be great if this could be resolved. Thank you

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
