I created a free azure account with 3 windows VM setup but i forgotten the outlook mail used to create the mails. but I can RDP to my VM, kindly guide

From the details provided in the original post, am assuming that you were able to successfully sign up to Azure free trial account and were able to create 3 VMs. However, there seems to be some problem with your login (Outlook mail). You mean, you are unable to login to Azure portal using the Outlook ID or you've issues with your outlook account?
If there is an issue with Azure portal login, for example: unable to login to Azure portal due to incorrect credentials, you can ask one of the user who has admin permission to reset your password. That should help you login to Azure portal successfully.
If this is an issue with your outlook account, I suggest you contact outlook support for further assistance with your account.
