how do i regester a domain name for azure for students

i had to make sure my students are eligible for azure for students i thought everything is going will until one of my students told me that when he tried to register for azure for students he got a massage saying that the domain name isn't currently registered with microsoft.

it has been like a 4 months and i am trying to solve this problem, i tried everything and nothing works but in this page

    Hello, @yazin !

    It sounds like you are trying to get your school recognized as an educational institution so that students can sign up for a free Azure student account using your school during the registration process. This is different than adding a custom domain name (which you'd want to tag as Azure AD). Is this correct?

    The process for getting a school officially recognized as an educational institution is outside the scope of Azure service and product questions. Unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with the process and my initial round of research wasn't terribly productive although I'll share it here in case it helps:
