I also tried with the /source parameter and the original Windows Server 2016 but then I get the error that the source can't be found. I don't know, which source it means, the one from the update KB4561616?
Unfortunately the KB4561616 is no longer available in the microsoft update catalog.

Also tried sfc /scannow and renaming catroot2/SofwareDistribution folders to fix the Windows Update Store, didn't help.

Anyone an idea, how I can fix this corruption or how I can successfully run DISM?

Thanks in advance.
