How do I get my Microsoft Viva Daily Briefing emails to include scheduled calendar events?

My daily briefing email does not include the scheduled meetings/events from my Outlook calendar. My daily briefing includes only the Commitments & follow-ups section and Book focus time section.

Are you the organizer or the attendee of these meetings/events?
If you are the attendee, have you sent reply after receiving the meeting invitations?

According to this link: Prepare for upcoming meetings
only meetings with at least one suggested action would be contained in the briefing emails.

I have the same problem.

Viva often misses appointments in my calendar. You'll see in attached, Viva shows my first meeting is at 3, when in actuality, my first meeting is at 9:15.
both the 9:15 and the 3 are recurring meetings, created by me.
the 9:30 (also skipped by Viva) was set up by a coworker mid day yesterday

I'm sorry to hear that. I turned it off. I liked getting a list of email for potential follow up but it wasn't useful enough without actual calendar events.

I just turned it off as well. It's unfortunate, because I like the idea of this feature

Thank you so much for following up with me. I have 2 events scheduled for today on my calendar and unfortunately neither of them were on my daily briefing email. I am an attendee for one of the meetings on my calendar, and the other is a recurring appointment (not a meeting) that I added to my calendar months ago.

There hasn't been a calendar/scheduled events section at all on my daily briefing emails since the emails started coming from Viva. Only the email follow-ups are being included.

Thanks for the update.

Sorry I cannot reproduce this issue in my lab.
Please see the below screenshot:

I was able to get the information of the up-coming meetings in the Daily Briefing email.
I was the organizer of the first meeting and an attendee of the second meeting, both meetings would be included in the email.

If possible, please consider opening a support ticket via Microsoft 365 admin center so the support can take a close into this issue.
