Reboot to PXE Process

Hi,

  1. Boot a HP laptop from PXE
  2. It loads the boot image from the Distribution Point

  1. It waits for few seconds as per above screenshot and restarts
  2. Again boots from PXE

Please help how to fix this issue.

    Hi @Boopathi S ,

    This is mostly likely due to the lack of correct network drivers in the boot image.

    To verify, we should enable command-prompt support in the boot image and then perform an ipconfig and/or examine the smsts.log.
