PearsonVUE proctor no show - Azure cert az-500

Question

Hi,

As if there isn't enough anxiety to prepare, write and pass the exam; the proctor doesn't show up when the exam is scheduled! I booked my exam at 5:30am to ensure there are no distractions but after making me wait for an hour the proctor doesn't show up. What are MS policies around this? I'm sure I'm not the first and definitely not going to be the last.

This is extremely disappointing.
