HI I want to create another subscription with different credit card information.
So for that when i tried to create a new billing profile i do not see any ADD option in the "Cost Management + Billing" > "billing profiles"
Why i do not have that add billing profile option there?

I have the same problem in two separate accounts and four separate tenants (completely different). Also, the solution stated here on up to now, didn't work for me either.
The billing profile is created automatically when you create a new subscription. Instead, if you go to your subscriptions blade and click the 'Add' button then you can sign up for a new PAYG subscription and just enter in the new credit card details as part of the subscription creation process.
I tried to do that also ... but when i tried to create another subscription from there it tells me to log into the account and after i do that it brings me back to the add subscription page where there are these 3 options and the billing profile is set to my only billing profile and i cannot chosse any other .... I can create another payment method with the 2nd credit card butu cannot assign that card to another subscription !!!!
