Hello,

We have two issues with the Exchange server:

1.We Do not receive email confirmations of Calendar -(working with exchange 2016 on-premise)

For example, if someone cancels a meeting in the Calendar, I do not receive an email about it. it's going to
"poison message" For some unknown reason.

  1. Delay in email.
We have 2 exchange server v.2016 We also experience slowness in internal emails.

Sometimes there is no delay but many times there is a delay in the emails.
I would be happy to help with both issues.

    Hi @nina1948

Agree with the suggestion above, please check if any related error recorded in the application log.

If yes, follow the solution provided in the official KB to solve this issue:
Run the script on each Exchange mailbox server that downloads antimalware updates in your organization.
Or manaully remove existing engine and metadata then update to latest engine

If the issue is not related to the bug, check the message tracking log and the queue for your server. More information will be helpful to troubleshooting.
