Rescheduling the AZ900 certiication exam in Pearson VUE Test centers

Hi,

I have scheduled my AZ900 certification exam using online from Home on January 14, 2:45 PM. But I have found that my office laptop has firewalls and I could not able to run the system test. So I have tried to reschedule this exam using Pearson VUE Test centers in Stockholm Sweden but I am unable to change the exam location from online to Test center.

Is it possible to cancel and use the free pass again to schedule this AZ900 certification in a Test Center?

Please let me know how to change my AZ900 certification test location to a test center near to me.
