Cannot use Microsoft Translator in MemoQ

I have a subscription for Microsoft Translator through Azure. I have been trying unsuccessfully to use this in MemoQ. Every time I try to configure Translator in MemoQ I am asked for the key, but the keys generated within Azure are not recognised as valid. I have spent several hours this morning "chatting" with Vivek, who has been very helpful but is unable to solve the problem.
