Teams not using dock station microphone

Hello,

We have recently purchased some Phillips 241B dock stations to be used with work laptops - the docks have built in webcam and microphones.

For some reason we are unable to get Teams to use the microphone on the dock station. We have checked in the Teams settings to ensure the correct mic is selected - this mic works fine with audio recorder. The mic built into the laptop also works without issues.

Any help with this would be much appreciated!

    Hi!

    Have you tried to change another microphone device? Can it work on your Teams?

    Is this microphone works in other applications?

    Please make sure you have allowed Teams app to access your microphone.

    Besides, we recommend you try to reinstall the drivers and re-add the device to Teams. If the issue persists, please try to repair your Office - Control panel> Programs> Programs and features> select Office 365> Change> Repair> Quick repair.
