We have a customer that says his emails are being received by us. We haven't gotten them. Is there a way to put a trace on an old email on our end?

Our customer says they are sending emails and it shows received on our end. BUT.. we have not, not even in our "junk" folder? They want to know if it's possible to put a trace on the emails.

If you are using Exchange as your email server, please refer to the document for tracing an email message. If you are using a different application, please refer to the respective product documentation.

If you have any further questions, please let us know. Thank you!
